Monthly Archives: April 2010 21st April 2010 – I’m photographing the wonderful Millers at the Anchor Hotel in Porlock Weir, North Somerset. Up early, to catch sunrise on the hotel which is nestled at the end of very narrow country lanes beside a small harbour. 6am, and I notice a familiar site that had been missing for five days…  Well they’ve finally done it! Wimborne Town were promoted to the Zamaretto Southern League on Monday night with a 1-3 win away at Alresford. The greatest night in the club’s 130 year history! We’re so proud of Dawn for making it into the final 10 of the Dorset Business Mum’s Award. This award is backed by The Daily Echo and is part of the Langtry Manor Business Women’s Awards. On May 12th, I, along with seven other local business people will be competing in a Strictly Come Dancing event for the Wessex Cancer Trust.
