By commissioning Seeker Photography Ltd to undertake photographic work you agree to the following Terms and Conditions, unless agreed at time of booking and confirmed in writing.
- Copyright of the images remains the property of Seeker Photography Ltd, however certain jobs include a license to use the images for any purpose you may require.
- Title to {the Goods} shall remain vested in Seeker Photography Ltd and shall not pass to {the Buyer} until the purchase price for {the Goods} has been paid in full and received by Seeker Photography Ltd. Until title to {the Goods} passes:
- Seeker Photography Ltd shall have authority to retake, sell or otherwise deal with and/or dispose of all or any part of {the Goods};
- Seeker Photography Ltd and its agents and employees shall be entitled at any time and without the need to give notice enter upon any property upon which {the Goods} or any part are stored, or upon which Seeker Photography Ltd reasonably believes them to be kept;
- {the Buyer} shall store or mark {the Goods} in a manner reasonably satisfactory to Seeker Photography Ltd indicating that title to {the Goods} remains vested in Seeker Photography Ltd; and
- {the Buyer} shall insure {the Goods} to their full replacement value, and arrange for Seeker Photography Ltd to be noted on the policy of insurance as the loss payee.
- Irrespective of whether title to {the Goods} remains vested in Seeker Photography Ltd, risk in {the Goods} shall pass to {the Buyer} upon delivery.
- Seeker Photography Ltd have the right to display, reproduce or transmit the images for the purpose of promoting Seeker Photography, including use on the web, in print or any other means currently or subsequently available.
- Payment due at time of booking by BACS, Credit/Debit Cards or Cheques (must clear before images are released).
- Credit accounts may be available at our discretion to regular clients. Strictly 14 days. If payment is not received within 14 days of Invoice a late payment charge of £12 will be levied. Interest and compensation for recovery costs will be charged on all overdue debts at the rate for the time being applicable under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998, whichever is the higher.
- Late cancellation of jobs (within 2 working days) will incure a £50 +VAT Admin fee.
- In the event of inclement weather we will always rearrange the photoshoot for a different date, if this is not possible the £50 +VAT Admin fee will be payable.
